This Giving Tuesday, we’ve partnered up with Audubon Arkansas, to focus on mother Earth.

Particularly one gentle, lovely creature:  the Chimney Swift.

Did you know…

The Chimney Swift can stay in the air for up to 10.5 hours!

They usually mate for life, with a life span averaging about 4.5 years.

Their numbers have dwindled from millions in the late 60’s to a few hundred thousand today.

They are endangered because of vanishing habitats.

Their main food staple, insects, are increasingly toxic due to modern day pesticide use.
